Summer Camp
Play Stations
Shortly after campers arrive at CBC, they have the opportunity to tour Playstations. Playstations are traditional and some not-so-traditional camp activities. Campers are asked to pick three Playstations that interest them. Staff then takes their choices into consideration and assigns campers to two out of three of their selections. CBC Program staff schedule Playstations four times per session.
The overall goal of Playstations is to provide a child with basic skills for the area they have selected and culminate the program by combining those skills into a final product.
Developmental assets are combined into the recreational programs.
