You will be responsible for the well-being of children, some with differing needs. You will learn skills and grow in ways you can’t even imagine now. Will it be challenging at times? Absolutely. Will it be worth it? Absolutely.

You are expected to be 100% true to yourself! That includes being silly and outrageous. Please, don’t take yourself too seriously. What we do is serious work, but how we do it is where the fun comes in.

The children who attend Cradle Beach will change your life! They are pretty awesome. Our campers come from all different backgrounds, abilities, communities, races, culture, etc. They will open your eyes to things way beyond your own backyard. Each camper has their own story and when you get to know them you will see just how awesome they are.
You will make friends from around the world.
Cradle Beach hires international counselors for the summer! Your peers will be from all corners of the world.
Speaking of friends, they soon become your family.
Days off will *never* feel so good!
Yes, we love our campers, but let’s be real, it’s exhausting running around for 5 days with 8-16 year olds! Your days off will feel so good, but mostly because you will feel the benefits of how rewarding it is working the Cradle Beach mission.
